1. Use of Service
Users agree to use MargSetu only for lawful transport-related activities such as:
Trip management
Load/unload tracking
Location tracking of vehicles
Driver management
You must not misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account confidentiality
Ensuring accuracy of your information
All actions performed under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.
3. Location Services
By using MargSetu, you acknowledge that:
The app requires GPS-based location tracking
Background location may be collected during active trips
Disabling location may affect app functionality
You must obtain driver consent (if you are an admin using this for your fleet).
4. Data Ownership
You own the data you upload.
We may store, process, and analyze data to provide the service.
We do not sell your data.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not:
Interfere with app functionality
Attempt to reverse engineer the system
Upload harmful content
Use the app for illegal transportation purposes
6. Updates & Availability
We may:
Change features
Release updates
Temporarily suspend service for maintenance
We are not liable for downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
MargSetu is provided “as-is” and “as available”.
We are not liable for:
Financial losses
Missed deliveries
GPS inaccuracies
User-entered data errors
Damages caused by misuse of the app
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate terms
Misuse location tracking
Engage in fraudulent activity
You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise specified.
